QBI Community Outreach

As part of QBI’s continuing development and public information program, we offer a community outreach service designed to inform professional and community groups about the latest discoveries in neuroscience.

Speakers - would you like a scientist to talk to your community or business group about the fundamental research being undertaken in brain disorders such as dementia, motor neuron disease, stroke or psychiatric illness?  Perhaps you would be interested in hearing about the work our scientists are doing with bees, such as how they navigate - did you know that some bees are left antennaed?

Tours - perhaps your group would like to tour the institute and speak to our scientists about the fascinating work they are doing.

Please contact Jenny Valentine Tel: (07) 3346 6413 for more information.
