QBI will play host to the inaugural Symposium on Brainnetome Meets Genome (SBMG 2012) from May 3-4.

Among the keynote speakers will be Akira Sawa of John Hopkins University, who will discuss the Disrupted in Schizophrenia-1 (DISC1) gene in mice, and QBI's own Geoff Goodhill, who will explore computational models for the development of neural circuits.
