Master of Neuroscience - Coursework Masters
The coursework Master of Neuroscience program is suited to both international and domestic students who wish to shift their career focus to neuroscience. This program provides an excellent theoretical and practical grounding for those wishing to pursue PhD studies. QBI’s Winter Research Scholarship Program 2012
Learn new laboratory techniques in a world-class research environment. Students interested in pursuing a research career in neuroscience are encouraged to apply for the winter internship program offered at the Queensland Brain Institute. QBI is looking for motivated, high quality students to spend approximately 4 to 6 weeks contributing to research projects currently underway in our labs. QBI will be taking a quota of 5 students for this year. The winter research program will run during the University’s inter-semester break between mid-June and mid-July for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Summer Research Scholarship Program
Students interested in pursuing a research career in neuroscience are encouraged to apply for the UQ Summer Research Scholarship Program offered at QBI. Motivated, high quality students are invited to spend 10 weeks contributing to research projects currently underway in our labs while earning $300/wk. More information...
Living allowance and tuition fee scholarships are available for high-calibre students who apply to do a PhD or MPhil at the QBI. Scholarship holders may also receive an additional $5000 per annum from the Institute. Other Scholarship and support is also available More information...
QBI offers students interested in neuroscience the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience at QBI. This is open to students particularly from science, engineering, mathematics, physics and psychology and information technology backgrounds. Start your journey to become a research scientist by developing a close relationship with the research laboratory, attending laboratory meetings and seminars, and conducting experiments.
